 What's Up People! I welcome you into the culinary world of Beanz Cheffin! It all started on the WestSide of Chicago, as a kid growing up cooking in the kitchen with my grandmother. I was always on "Cornbread Duty" and I loved every bit of my job. Overtime I grew a passion for culinary arts after landing my first job in a Bagel Bakery. From that job it lead me onto many other job opportunities that would finally land me into the hotel industry. I amassed as a Senior Cook at Fairmont Millennium Park Chicago, where I became a student under the teachings of Executive Chef Atticus Garant (Fairmont Century Plaza). In 5 years I learned everything I needed to know to start my own business venture. He basically gave me all the tools to becoming a Chef in a high demanding industry. My Father was a Chef until he passed away which prompted me to walk into his shoes even more. He laid the blueprint for me and Atticus gave me the keys to this industry. Til this day I model after his work and I follow his drive to be the best he could be at all times.
